itracks has secured funding from Western Economic Diversification through their Business Scale-up and Productivity (BSP) program. The funding has been used to complete renovations to create a state-of-the-art software development center and for expanding their software and sales teams.
“This funding has helped create an environment where some of the most advanced software for the market research industry is now being developed”, says itracks CEO Dan Weber.
The funding helped itracks launch their most recent product, itracks video interviewer. The video interviewer is quickly being adopted as a white-labeled alternative to a long standing flash-based product typically used in the research industry.
“It is fascinating to me what we are capable of developing right here in Saskatchewan. We really are becoming a mini Prairie Silicon Valley”, exclaims Weber.
Itracks expects to continue to use the funding to further hire software developers and to grow its sales and marketing team.
